WELCOME TO THE DEN

The Den Yoga & Wellness Studio is a Yoga and Pilates studio located in Northeast Philadelphia. This space was created for individuals who are looking to elevate their minds while strengthening their bodies. Being a community driven business, our goal is to be the best part of your day.

Our services range from introduction levels of Yoga and Pilates classes to cardio-filled sculpt classes. Each class is thoughtfully crafted to guide you back to your inner sanctuary.

What an amazing beginning this is! Many of our new students love starting with our two-week intro offer - unlimited classes for $40. You can find this special on our booking platform, MindBody, which is available to download from the App Store.

If you are new to Yoga and Pilates, we recommend starting with Restorative Yoga, Beginner's Pilates, or Heated Stretch to ease into your practice. If You already have experience, feel free to jump into any class that interest you!

No matter which class you choose, our instructors will offer modifications so you feel comfortable & supported!
All booking for classes takes place on the MindBody App! Customers can book their classes as far as two weeks in advance. For example, if the date is September 1st, the farthest you can book a class at the studio is September 14th. Please note that your membership begins on the first day that you take a class, not the day you purchase the membership!
All classes at The Den have a waitlist. If a class is full, you can join the waitlist, which ranges from 5-10 people. If a client with an existing reservation gives up their spot in the class, the first person on the waitlist is added to the class. If you are removed from the waitlist, you will receive an email from MindBody.

If you do not make it off the waitlist, and you booked class as a Drop In or through a Class Package, you will receive credit back to book another class! Please do not show up if you are still on the waitlist, as there may not be a spot for you.
The address of the studio is 3360 Grant Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19114. There is parking provided in the shopping center of the studio, and we are located directly across the street from the WaWa on Grant Avenue. Please remember to bring your own mat! We can't wait to meet you!
